STAY RAD ADVENTURE TEAM was born from a DIY culture.  Wary of other teams and bike shops, with lame kits, or poor products, we decided to just do it our way and show support for our friends.  We race cyclocross and attend as many gravel events as possible.  We support our friends.  We play in the snow, we camp, we hike, we have fun...HARD.

After riding with another person’s shop/logo on their backs and a season full of, “where is your sponsor” and “why aren't you on his bikes”.  Not wanting to jump ship to another shop or team, Jon Schratz, along with Joel Hukill set out to start a new team/club.  They didn't want any direct affiliation with any shop or brand, but wanted to create an idea that anyone could get behind.  STAY RAD is an idea that an individual will have as much fun as possible.  Whether it be jumping that curb on a road ride, running five miles in a snow storm, or busting a wheelie whenever a camera is present. 

No one is expected to ride a certain brand, race "x" amount of races, or only take part in one type of outdoor adventure.  We encourage ALL types of adventures.
